What are your responsibilities?

  • Responsible for all graduate recruitment related matters, including advising on recruiting strategy, assessment tools, trainee program & performance and retention

  • Manage and excute promotion activities, such as on campus workshops, recruitment-day events, job fairs etc.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with universities, career advisors, relevant student associations

  • Responsible for intership program and hiring, including applications assessments, interview scheduling,

  • budgeting, performance evaluation and assessments for training contracts

  • Oversee the trainee job rotation and manage secondment arrangements with our international offices, and work      closely with the L&D team to support the development of trainees

What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • Bachelor degree holder in human resources, BBA or related disiciplines

  • Minimum 5 year's relevant HR (Graduate & Trannie Recruitment) experience in sizeable / international organisations

  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and recruitment systems
