Senior HR Advisor

What are your responsibilities?

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for designated roles, from job description creation to candidate selection and offer management

• Handle various employee relations matters including performance management, conflicts, and counselling, seeking guidance from supervisors and internal legal teams

• Support annual performance reviews, compensation assessments, and organizational changes, including redundancies

• Coordinate job postings on external platforms, oversee application monitoring, and maintain recruitment records

• Organize new hire onboarding paperwork, conduct inductions, and contribute to program enhancement

• Facilitate smooth offboarding processes, conduct exit interviews, and handle settling-in meetings for departing employees

• Stay informed about pay trends, benefits, and market rates to enhance recruitment and retention strategies

• Keep updated on employment laws and HR best practices, contributing to policy reviews and handling diverse queries

What skills/ qualification will you need?

• Bachelor degree holder in human resources, BBA or related disiciplines

• Minimum 5 year's relevant HR (Graduate & Trannie Recruitment) experience in sizeable / international organisations

• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Proficient in Microsoft applications and recruitment systems
