What are your responsibilities?
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for designated roles, from job description creation to candidate selection and offer management
Handle various employee relations matters including performance management, conflicts, and counselling, seeking guidance from supervisors and internal legal teams
Support annual performance reviews, compensation assessments, and organizational changes, including redundancies
Coordinate job postings on external platforms, oversee application monitoring, and maintain recruitment records
Organize new hire onboarding paperwork, conduct inductions, and contribute to program enhancement
Facilitate smooth offboarding processes, conduct exit interviews, and handle settling-in meetings for departing employees
Stay informed about pay trends, benefits, and market rates to enhance recruitment and retention strategies
Keep updated on employment laws and HR best practices, contributing to policy reviews and handling diverse queries
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Bachelor degree holder in human resources, BBA or related disiciplines
Minimum 5 year's relevant HR (Graduate & Trannie Recruitment) experience in sizeable / international organisations
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft applications and recruitment systems
