What are your responsibilities?
Responsible for management of HR projects including HRIS, trainee program, employer’s branding, HR policy review, CRS and sustainability programs etc.
Assist in supporting employee engagement and improve relationships between the company and employees
Responsible for driving the planning and scope of internal process, organization changes and modification
Assist Senior HR Manager in any ad hoc projects when assigned
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
Strong computer literacy in MS Office
Proficient in Adobe suite software – i.e. Photoshop, illustrator, etc.is an advantage
Good command in English & Chinese
