Senior IT Manager

What are your responsibilities?

• Manage and govern the projects throughout its life cycle including feasibility study, design, planning,      user expectation management, cost and change management

• Oversee the execution of responsible projects within budget and time frame, measure and identify potential risks, and recommend risk mitigation wherever appropriate

• Ensure the delivery of all projects are in accordance with the company’s requirements and corporate objectives and adhere to scope

• Responsible for the Implementation of new operating model that includes pre-sales and solutions consultation for new business opportunities

• Help manage the technology infrastructure in Hong Kong office

• Assist in onboarding new clients to the new system and negotiate business service agreements

• Work closely with senior business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful transitions

• Collaborate with other technology domains and the Value office to deliver programs aligned with this technology domain

• Act as the second-in-command of IT in Hong Kong, with a focus on establishing an efficient delivery model for new business and transitions

• Ensure team members are adequately skilled and address any delays or obstacles with training or tools

• Work closely with transition leads to ensure clear visibility and understanding of delivery progress

• Allocate appropriate resources and adjust delivery pace based on transition capacity and budget

• Manage transition costs and provide business cases for additional resources or tools as needed

What skills/ qualification will you need?

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent, minimum 10 years' working experience in information technology, with at least 5 years at a management position

• Experience in pension operations in Hong Kong regulatory environment

• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
