What are your responsibilities?
Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
Collaborating with various departments to understand their software needs and requirements.
Managing a team of IT professionals responsible for software development, implementation, and support.
Evaluating and selecting software solutions that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Ensuring the security and reliability of the ERP system and related software applications.
Providing technical expertise and support to troubleshoot issues and resolve technical problems.
Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to enhance system performance and data integrity.
Training end-users on how to use software applications effectively.
Monitoring system performance and identifying areas for improvement or optimization.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ERP software to recommend upgrades or enhancements as needed.
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science or Information Technology, or related field.
At least 10 years in software development or other similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or IT environment.
Proven experience in managing and implementing ERP software systems
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in overseeing group software system and team management
Fluency in both spoken/written of English and Cantonese
