What are your responsibilities?

  • Lead the SME team to achieve sales and business targets

  • Manage daily operations, including loan application, customer enquiries, and documents preparation

  • Conduct strategy planning and develop mechanism to deliver the company’s business and customer segmentation strategy

  • In charge of corporate loan business development and maintain good relationships with existing clients to grow      revenue

  • Formulate SME strategic plan in line with company’s      business development needs

  • Provide updated financial market information, professional advice, and high-quality services for SME clients to      strengthen customer loyalty

  • Manage operational risks and adhere to relevant policies and compliance standards

What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • Bachelor degree holder or above in Finance, BBA or related disciplines

  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience in financial industry, including at least 3 years' experience in a managerial level

  • Candidates with experience in branch operations would be an advantage

  • Proven sales record in SME loan achievement

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
