What are your responsibilities?
Oversee and lead all levels of supply chain functions of APAC market including Hong Kong, Macau and China market
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the whole operation flow is aligned
Strategically plan and manage the supply-chain teams to ensure the smooth run of logistics operations including demand planning, inventory management, warehouse management, and local delivery / transportation arrangement
Manage and monitoring 3PL warehouse performance and give precise instruction to the warehouse team for seasonal arrangement
Ordering and shipment arrangement of materials to support new shop openings
Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimize the total cost and service level
Purchasing materials from HK or CN any time that stores or sales need
What skills/qualification will you need?
Bachelor degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain, BBA or related disciplines
At least 10 years of experience in supply-chain and operation management, preferred with +5years' F&B manufacturing industry of which at least 3 years' in managerial level
Solid experience in supply planning and inventory management
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
