Supply Chain Manager

What are your responsibilities?

• Oversee and lead all levels of supply chain functions of APAC market including Hong Kong, Macau and China market

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the whole operation flow is aligned

• Strategically plan and manage the supply-chain teams to ensure the smooth run of logistics operations including demand planning, inventory management, warehouse management, and local delivery / transportation arrangement

• Manage and monitoring 3PL warehouse performance and give precise instruction to the warehouse team for seasonal arrangement

• Ordering and shipment arrangement of materials to support new shop openings

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimize the total cost and service level

• Purchasing materials from HK or CN any time that stores or sales need

What skills/qualification will you need?

• Bachelor degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain, BBA or related disciplines

• At least 10 years of experience in supply-chain and operation management, preferred with +5years' F&B manufacturing industry of which at least 3 years' in managerial level

• Solid experience in supply planning and inventory management

• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
